Madhur Mittal, M.D., FAAP


Dr. Mittal graduated from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He completed his Pediatric Residency there and also at St. Lukes / Roosevelet Hospital Ctr in New York. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center in 1997. He is Board Certified in General Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. He has been on the medical staff at the clinic and at Onslow Memorial hospital since 1997. He serves as the Medical Director for Neonatal Services at Onslow Memorial Hospital and as the President and CEO of Jacksonville Children's and Multispecialty Clinic.

Sue Hartman

Sue Hartman has over 16 years of clinical experience and is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.  Sue completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Nebraska located in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She was then commissioned as a Navy Nurse and worked in California as a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse for 9 years. After moving to Jacksonville in 1995, she obtained her Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certificate at Pitt County Memorial Hospital and her Master’s degree as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at East Carolina University. Sue practices as an NNP at Onslow Memorial Hospital specializing in the care of well, critically ill and premature infant’s as well as well baby physicals at Jacksonville Children’s Clinic.
